For a late check-out, ask the reception if this is possible according to their availability.
- Children up to five years of age are free if staying with parents in the Suite (1 child per Suite).
Low season
The amount already paid will not be refunded, but it will be valid for a new reservation.
When the cancellation occurs prior to five days before the check-in date, the full amount paid will remain as a deposit for the new reservation. The deposit will be valid for a new reservation within the next 90 days. The traveller must request the new reservation at the time of cancellation.
When the cancellation occurs within five days of the check-in date, the client receives no right to a new reservation nor a refund.
High season

If the traveller must leave the lodge before the agreed upon date, no payment will be returned and there will be no credit for a future reservation. The traveller must pay for the full stay according to the agreement at the time of booking.
